Information We Collect
During civilian registration, ResQMesh collects profile and verification details such as name, birthdate, address, occupation, blood type, medical notes, allergies, email address, phone number, username, password, valid ID type and number, and front and back ID images.
How We Use Information
The information is used for account review, identity verification, emergency response coordination, online chat, distress signal handling, rescuer deployment support, and mesh-supported emergency access when internet service is unavailable.
ID Images and Sensitive Data
ID images are processed for registration verification and stored through the system's protected upload workflow. Sensitive registration values are handled through the system's protected storage and access controls so they are not displayed publicly.
Who Can Access the Data
Authorized ResQMesh administrators may review registration details and account records. Authorized rescuers may see relevant civilian emergency information only through allowed response and communication workflows, such as active department chats or distress response screens.
Online and Mesh Operation
ResQMesh supports both cloud-connected use and local mesh-node fallback. Emergency messages, mesh node activity, distress status, and synchronization records may be processed by mesh devices and later synced to the website when connectivity is restored.
Data Protection
ResQMesh uses account authentication, admin access controls, encrypted/protected storage paths, secured upload handling, and restricted API access to reduce unauthorized use or disclosure of registration and emergency data.
